  1. Soak bread crumbs in milk in a small bowl for 20 minutes
  2. Olive oil in a skillet, medium, cook onions low after 5 minutes
  3. Stir beef and pork in bowl
  4. Mix in EVERYTHING
  5. Cover and refridgerate 1 hour
  6. Preheat oven to 425 deg
  7. Ball and bake 15-20 minutes
  8. Simmer marinara, add balls
  9. Simmer for 2 hours
  10. Muffin tin, oil and put 1 per to freeze
